Asian-Style Veggie Lettuce Wraps

These delicious lettuce wraps can be made with almost any veggies on hand!

QUICK TIP: Try adding riced cauliflower or mushrooms for extra texture and nutrients.

BEST INGREDIENTS EVER:

  • 1/2 cup asparagus spears, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery ribs,thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets, cut into 1/4’ers
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small knob fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos or coconut aminos
    water or organic vegetable broth, for sauteeing
  • Lettuce leaves

MAKE YOUR MASTERPIECE:

  1. Heat water or veggie broth over high heat in large saucepan
  2. When steaming, add onions, garlic, and ginger, and saute until onions are translucent and fragrant
  3. Add broccoli and celery and continue to saute, adding more liquid as needed, one Tbsp at a time
  4. Add remaining vegetables and saute until lightly tender, turning heat to medium-high and until liquid cooks off
  5. Lower heat and season with aminos and red pepper flakes
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Scoop hot filling into lettuce leaves
  8. Enjoy!
