Benefits of Lemon Water

When life gives you lemons, you are basically invincible. You also have the power to cleanse your bowels and body.

Starting the day with a glass of warm water with fresh squeezed lemon juice not only helps you drink more water (leading to increased hydration and weight loss), but also has a variety of nutritional and physical benefits.
