A few of which include healthy fat (avocado and hemp seeds), protein (kale, spinach and hemp seeds), potassium (banana), antioxidants (strawberries & raspberries) and ginger (excellent digestion and breakdown of nutrients).
BEST INGREDIENTS EVER:
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- 2 kale leaves
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (optional)
- 2-3 cups water
- 1 small knob ginger
MAKE YOUR MASTERPIECE:
- Wash spinach, cut knob off ginger and add to blender.
- Cut avocado in half and scoop insides into blender.
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend.
- Pour into your favorite glass, add a straw and enjoy!
- OR… drink straight from the blender… whatever floats your boat!
