Rise to Shine Superfood Smoothie

Breakfast smoothies are an awesome way to support your body with plant powered nutrition that will keep you full for hours.

This smoothie offers you a myriad of wonderful nutrients and benefits.

A few of which include healthy fat (avocado and hemp seeds), protein (kale, spinach and hemp seeds), potassium (banana), antioxidants (strawberries & raspberries) and ginger (excellent digestion and breakdown of nutrients).

BEST INGREDIENTS EVER:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (optional)
  • 2-3 cups water
  • 1 small knob ginger

MAKE YOUR MASTERPIECE:

  1. Wash spinach, cut knob off ginger and add to blender.
  2. Cut avocado in half and scoop insides into blender.
  3. Add all ingredients to blender and blend.
  4. Pour into your favorite glass, add a straw and enjoy!
  5. OR… drink straight from the blender… whatever floats your boat!
